Brad Boyd - Broker/Owner

Brad was born and raised in Pleasanton, Texas and has lived in south Texas his entire life.  His passion for south Texas land started as a young boy on the family farm in Jourdanton and later cattle ranching between Whitset and Three Rivers.  He graduated from Southwest Texas State University (now Texas State University) with a degree in Urban and Regional Planning.  Brad spent the next 10+ years as a marketing manager for a Fortune 500 company gaining extensive experience in sales and marketing.  In 1998, Brad started Brush Country Real Estate, Ltd. to remain in south Texas and bring together his passion and talents.  Today Brad, with his wife Nan and son Kasen, live on their cattle & hunting ranch outside of Lytle, Texas where Brad manages wildlife on close to 4,000 acres.  Brad is a member of the Texas Association of Realtors, the San Antonio Board of Realtors, the National Association of Realtors and the Texas Land Brokers Association.

Michelle Keith – Office Manager / Agent / Property Management

Michelle was born in San Diego, California, and lived throughout California until becoming an Air Force wife. As a military dependent Michelle spent the bulk of her adult life overseas working in community outreach before settling in Lytle with her husband Kevin and their children. Her love of people and community are an integral part of what initially drew her to real estate, and her experience as a military wife gives her an affinity for the military population of San Antonio as well as an understanding of the challenges military members face while moving. Michelle attended the University of Maryland while in Europe and is currently obtaining a degree in Christian Ministry at Wayland Baptist University in San Antonio. Michelle is a member of the National Association of Realtors, Texas Association of Realtors and San Antonio Board of Realtors.

Randy Stout - Agent

Randy was born in Minnesota.  He joined the Air Force in 1973 and retired in 1993.  He moved to Lytle in 1982. Since retiring, Randy has worked in gun sales and as an advertising rep for several local newspapers. He is a member of the VFW and American Legion. Randy is active in area FFA’s and a life member of the San Antonio Livestock Exposition (SALE) volunteering on a committee during the San Antonio Stock Show & Rodeo and serving on the board of directors. He and his wife Kathy live outside Lytle in Atascosa County. Randy is a member of the National Association of Realtors, the Texas Association of Realtors and the San Antonio Board of Realtors.

Vicki James - Agent

Vicki James is a graduate of Somerset High School and has lived and raised her family in South Texas. Vicki has successfully owned her own business in Somerset, Texas, the V&L Drive Thru and Mini Storage for the past 15 years. After she sold her business she began working for Chesapeake Oilfield Services, OTS, as Transportation Coordinator and Supervisor. Vicki and her husband Larry James live in Somerset and enjoy farming and working cattle on the family farm, along with spending time with her three beautiful granddaughters. Vicki’s love of her community and the outdoors has drawn her to enter into the Real Estate business. Vicki is a member of the San Antonio Board of Realtors, National Association of Realtors and Texas Association of Realtors.

Maria Luisa Juarez - Agent

Maria L. Juarez was born and raised in the heart of San Antonio,Texas and is a graduate from Harlandale ISD. She attended San Antonio College in 2006 to pursue her career in real estate. Maria and her family moved to the tight knit community of Natalia in 2007 and currently resides in Devine, TX. Before pursing a career in real estate Maria was in the insurance industry for home and auto for 7 years. Maria has also worked for Natalia ISD in different capacities. Her drive to assist families to be homeowners is an exciting journey she looks forward to in the real estate industry. Maria is a member of the San Antonio Board of Realtors, National Association of Realtors and Texas Association of Realtors.  Se habla español
